We recognize the importance of deer hunting to many of our employees. We want to be supportive of this traditional activity while running our business successfully. Therefore, we have developed the following guidlelines for managing time off during deer hunting season:
In order for dispatch to be able to plan effectively and schedule your time off, we need to know in advance who will be available and when they will be available. Some time prior to deer hunting season, we will provide a form which allows all drivers to request time off during this time period. We know this is an important issue for you and we will try to accommodate every request. Requests are honored on a first come, first served basis, so your prompt response is essential. If your request does not conform to our dispatch needs, you will be asked to reschedule.
